Strawberry Mousse Cake


Dish                     : STRAWBERRY MOUSSE CAKE

Portion Size          : 100 g
Description           : The layer cake with strawberry mousse.

1st layer ( Cake )
  Chocolate Sponge Cake

1. Shape with plastic form line based with thickeness 1,5 cm.
2nd layer ( Fruit mousse)
        Fruit pulp
         Plain yogurt
         Icing sugar
         Lemon juice
         Gelatin
         Boiling water
         Whipped cream

2. Blend fruit pulp, plain yogurt, icing sugar & lemon jc with blender, machine until well mix.
3. Put water in a bowl, add the gelatin stir and pour into the fruit mixture.
4. Fold in the fruit mixture in to the whipped cream until well mix. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  Symple syrup
  Strawberry slice

5. Place the sponge cake into the plastic form. Moist with simple syrup.
6. Arange strawberry slice in a side, pour fruit mousse until ¾ part of plastic form. Put on the refrigerator.
3rd layer ( Jelly )
               Strawberry slice
        White jelly powder
        Water
              Sugar
        Food colouring ( red arbey)

7. Blend the fruit.
8. Bring to boil and stir continuosly. Remove from the heat and strain it.
9. Pour the mixture evenly on to mousse layer, keep until cool, put on refrigerator.

 Strawberry slice
 Layer candy (red & green)
 Chocolate stick

10. Garnish with whipped cream, strawberry slice, layer candy, chocolate stick on top.

STANDART OF QUALITY : The mousse cake should be serve cold, smooth, attractive, good in layer & colour.
